Well at least you know of a few dealers not to take it to! CC's dealer is EV certified, and they are a Lincoln dealer too, so fancy waiting room. :)

I just took advantage of their fancy waiting area on Saturday while waiting for the oil change that didn't make it onto the worksheet the week before. (Seat back recall)

 

The pastries are really good too ;) makes it hard to be mad over this little miscommunication.
