Park assist fault see owners manual

I went to park assist today and I got a message on the screen that said Park Assist Fault ......See owners manual. I looked in the owners manual and could find nothing.

It has worked in the past and just recently I had my car in the shop for the TSB to fix the low battery, and also the TSB for the fan coming on during a remote start.

Not sure but I guess it's going back again!

Also ran a VHR and it came back with brake and suspension issues. I'm sure that ties in some how but haven't had any other warnings regarding brakes or suspension.

That message will happen if you don't take your hands off of the steering wheel before you start moving in reverse.

That would cause the park assist cancelled message to come up and for that to happen park assist would actually have to start in order to tell me to put the car in reverse. That is not the case the Faul message comes up as soon as you press the button to start park assist.

Again I have used it at least 20 times in the past with no issues what so ever

Maybe you used up the licenses and have to renew. :) Chances are one of he sensors is offline, that would do it.

Problem solved, when the TSB was done for the battery there where items still in error that needed to be cleared when the system reboots after being updated. Park assist was not cleared so it would not activate. At least this is was I was told. Either way went in today to have the clicking/popping sound fixed with washers (how soon before the washers wear) and this was taken care of also and is working fine.

thats good news. As far as the washers wearing, should never happen if they were installed correctly. The washers are there to make up the gap between the axle and hub, and once the axle shaft nut is torqued to spec, that thrust washer is locked in place and will never move unless the nut comes loose, and it that happens, someone has some splainin to do.

Tengo el mismo problema me aparece la misma  leyenda   en cuanto le  aplasta al.boton  tengo prendidas  las alertas en el.tablero de. ABS y  de tcm  puede ser el.problema  en el diagnóstico  me aparece que es el sensor de velocidad  de la llanta delantera  izquierda alguien me puede ayudar
