OK, first of all, I feel TOTALLY non-creative after seeing some of the clever frames you guys have come up with!

I must say, my favorite for Darth Vagon is May the Fusion be With You; and corncobs, I love your "Power of Two Hearts" frame.

What did you have to pay when you won?? ( ie. taxes ?? )

 

There was a preset Approximate Retail Value for the prize and that is basically what I had available to spend w/o any out of pocket. I chose to go with an Energi and all options excluding Adaptive Cruise Control. So I had to pay any amount over the ARV. I'll also have to pay income taxes at the end of the year on the ARV amount. I'm estimating that I'll end up paying about 35% or so of sticker on the car I chose.

Probably soon now that the frame is gone it doesn't fit anymore. I usually don't mind stickers as long the dealer can be recommended and the sticker doesn't look cheesy. A friend of mine gets free car washes for leaving the dealer frame on the car; not a bad deal.

On a previous car, the dealer used to put one of their frames on my car each time I brought it in for service. I'm afraid they are going to replace my new one with one of theirs, so I might just take mine off before I bring it in for service, just to be on the safe side. I usually figure that you should be paid to advertise - if my dealer gave me free car washes or something, I might consider it, but I can't see advertising for free!

I leave the sticker on my mainly because they deserve it for how well I have been treated by them, happy to do it too.

I kinda see it the same way about the sticker but I will see.

 

I like the first idea a lot, really cool I would maybe flip it and keep the Darth Vagon on top.
