Here's exactly what you asked for. New Full size (not donut) Focus spare, $179. with free shipping from Pa. It is what I have and it fits in the trunk just fine.

You might want to try searching your local auto salvage yards. I found my entire spare tire unit (wheel/tire, jack, foam packing block, and retention bolt) at an auto salvage yard for $175.00. It was from a wrecked 2013 Fusion and everything was brand new (it had never been used).
