RDA Group FFH Research Study

I received a letter from the RDA Group yesterday that all 2013 FFH owners should be getting that allows you to participate in an online "study regarding your experience with your vehicle". I did that this morning and it has a section where you can suggest changes that "will help shape future vehicles", so it is very worthwhile to take the time to give Ford your input.

Yep I got one too, has several sections on it where I spoke my mind! :)

 

Would you recommend a Fusion, er, no, would you recommend a Ford, um maybe.

 

What do you think Ford should do as an improvement, Work with the customer when they have an issue, and CONTACT THEM!

 

Yeah I felt much better after that survey was done :D
