Knowing what you know now, would you still buy?

B25nut and acdii,

Thanks very much for sharing. Some very good looking things there. It could be that I would be doing some of that if the plane I got for christmas at about 10 years had ever run. A little Piper Cub to fly on a tether, but the glow plug engine probably ran for a total of 10 seconds.

I would definately buy the car again. Long term average 39.3mpg. Recent trip to Albany 41.3mpg. The only thing I would do differently would be to get it with more options. Went with the SE and luxury package. Would have gotten many more upgrades if I had known how much I would like the car. Also I felt sad for the people driving the Subaru Forestor and later down the road the Subaru Outback who took out sections of guide rail along I88. Bent them up pretty good. But State Troopers were on scene so no reason to stop.

Yes, my fuel bill went from $300-400 each month to $150 @ month.

Plus, I like driving the car.
