2011 Fusion Order Guide

Here's the 2011 ordering guide. There's no pricing out that I know of yet...but it shouldn't be too long.

 

Got rid of some colors, added new ones. Also added MyKey and a universal garage door opener. I'm kinda wishing I had waited for a 2011 now with the new color choices on the hybrid and the garage opener.

I wanted the old merlot color and was disappointed it was no longet available for 2010 wheh I ordered mine a few months ago. It figures that a nice new similar color is coming out for 2011. Oh well, I'll be ready for a new car just about when Ford does a total redesign again which I heard is in another 3 years?

Have you seen an actual 2011 color palette yet?

Damn, I'm disappointed about 2 things: Steel Blue is not available on the sport and they didn't upgrade the 3.5 to 285hp like in the edge :cry: Oh and no HID's yet :finger:

Haven't seen the palette, but the colors can be found on other Ford vehicles. I know the Candy Red Metallic is available on the Taurus. Just google the color and I'm sure you can find something.

Does anyone know what style 18" wheels will come with the 2011 SAP package?

I'm really surprised that the Universal Garage Door Opener is not an option on the Hybrid. The Rapid Spec 502A throws in everything including the kitchen sink except the UGDO. It seems really odd that here's this highly advanced, extremely technical vehicle and I have to fumble for the crappy garage door opener.

Hi Tony. :D The UGDO is standard equipment on the 2011 Fusion Hybrid.

 

The problem is in the "building block" nature of the Order Guide. It can make it hard to read. However, that is because the Order Guide is not meant for general consumption by the public, it is meant to be read by trained Dealership personnel (who still sometimes manage to read it wrong). But since we have the wonders of the Internet, almost nothing is proprietary anymore and the Owner Guide is now available for public consumption (and sometimes confusion). :banghead: :hysterical:

 

If read correctly, the Owner Guide states that the Hybrid has all SEL standard equipment, then lists its additional equipment over and above the SEL. So, since the UGDO is standard on the SEL, it is standard on the Hybrid.

It looks to me like the steel blue would be available on the Sport, are you looking at the interior color codes (which list sport blue)? According to the intro the sport blue isn't offered anymore.
