Noise on the passanger side

I have a 2007 Fusion and every time someone is in the passanger seat that side has a creek. I dont know where it is coming from, maybe the door the seat itself. Is anyone else having this problem?

Well, next time have the passenger use the bathroom first, then they wont make a creek in your car!

 

 

On the lighter side though. Only one way to find it, sit there yourself and let someone else drive as you listen and locate the creak. It is probably the plastic on the seat.

Or something small like a cracked weld on the sub-frame.........

Hi trekkie. :D On a more serious note. :hysterical: There was a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) for passenger seat squeaking/creaking for Fusion/Milan/MKZ's manufactured during a certain time period. I am not sure if your car fits the criteria.

 

You would need to ask your Dealerships Service Department to see if your car qualifies for the fix. In addition, if your car is out of Warranty (3 years/36,000 miles), there is a good chance the fix will not be Warranty covered.
