mwr Report post Posted January 15, 2018 Today I noticed a rhythmic, sort-of metallic, noise under the car while driving very slowly. Then later, I didn't hear it. While I was hearing it, I shot a video with my phone. Viewing it on my computer with the sound turned up high, I can hear it. It took me a few tries to hear it, but now I can clearly hear it (about once per second). Any ideas?
Texasota Report post Posted January 16, 2018 A stone embedded in the tread of your new tires? I just got new tires and had a rhythmic ticking sound that increases with speed. Both times it was a stone wedged in the tire tread.

mwr Report post Posted January 16, 2018 I listened again and it isn't a ticking sound at all; not at all like a rock in a tire. It's not there as much as it's there, so I really don't know what to make of it. I'll probably just forget about it for now.
