I was adjusting those magnetic phone mount on my driver side air vent and accidentally pushed the whole thing in, now the turn wheel is recessed into the dash, and the vent is kinda misaligned and sat loosely in the duct and I had no wiggle room to pull them out without pulling loose those vent slabs first. I loosened up the two screws in the storage box above it after removing the rubber mat, tried to pull the whole plastic thing towards me but it did not move.  Was there another screw or something I need to loosen up or any tricks on how to access those AC vents?

Thanks a lot.
