Unable to run Vehicle Health Report

I have a 14 FFH SE with Sync MyFordTouch, and had run my health report earlier. Now, I am unable to find this option anywhere on the screen. And, I did try the option outlined in https://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-technology/sync/vehicle-health/how-to-run-a-vehicle-health-report-with-sync.html, but with no luck. Any thoughts/inputs on how this can be fixed? Does it require a trip to the dealer?

Press the command button on the steering wheel and then say "Vehicle Health".

 

Your cellphone must be connected to the car for it to work.

I did try this (same instructions in the link I had in my post), but the vehicle doesn't recognize the command.

I had a similar issue. For me, the fix was to un-pair the phone, delete the phone in Sync, and re-pair the two. It worked for me anyway. :)

Update on this issue. None of the fixes mentioned above worked. Even the dealer pushed it back saying I need to talk to Ford. Finally, a call between the service rep @ the dealer and ford engineering resulted in re-installing the TDI module, which has the VHR functionality. After couple of trips to the dealer, finally got it working again.

Are you already signed up here with your vehicles info? https://owner.ford.com/tools/account/sync-my-ride.html ? You also have to be signed up on this site for the report to run, at least that is how it works for the SYNC version I have in my 2013 FFH. Once you are signed up, it will run the report and e mail to you and you can reference back with the link in the e mail.
