Sync/MFT Reboot Issues

Of late, I have noticed couple of issues with the MFT/Sync on my Fusion.

1) The Navigation said SD card error, popping it out and putting it back did not help. However, the power recycle took care of this issue.

2) The whole unit became unresponsive on my commute to work, and then I suddenly see the Ford logo and screen turning off. Then, I see a progress bar with message saying "Running Scheduled maintenance" or something along those lines. During this time, bluetooth, aircon were not operational.

 

As my car is still under warranty, is this something that I need to get looked at asap?
