2013 ford fusion

hi. i have a 2013 ford fusion hybrid. the batterys went low and cant get to start again.it siting for 3 months with out starting. got a new 12v battery. still wont start.

If the HVB got too low to start the car, it will have to be towed to a Ford dealer to try and recharge the HVB. Most dealers don't have that capability and have to have the special charger shipped in. The HVB should not have discharged that much in three months. If the HVB got real low, it might have been damaged. There were instructions in the manual on storing the car.
