mwr Report post Posted November 14, 2015 Not much to say except 16,000 miles of suburban driving (with lots of hills) plus freeway driving, displaying 45.5 mpg overall. No problems to fix. 10K mile service cost $29.95 (special price that month, usually $39.95). As the saying goes, what's not to like... 2 jeff_h and GrySql reacted to this
Texasota Report post Posted November 14, 2015 My experience with my 2015 FFH S (19,400 miles) is similar. The only visits to the service department have been for oil changes, tire rotations and two recalls for very minor issues. I think the interesting thing with the FFH (second generation) is that it continues to experience fewer problems with each subsequent model year. Consumer Reports reliability data (based on owner surveys) indicates the same. Based on my ownership experience, so far, I would not hesitate to purchase a generation 3 FFH but only after it seasons for 2-3 years. I think waiting those 2-3 years is the single most important factor in having a good ownership experience but I am grateful to the early adopters that pave the way for the rest of us. 1 GrySql reacted to this

I read this forum from Spring 2014 until I bought my 2015 FFH in late October 2015. I remember reading that you had to be careful, meaning knowing the build date, even for the 2014 models to avoid some problems. So I decided to wait for the new 2015 models. That definitely worked.
