Rear defrost - very weak

All - not sure if anyone else is having this problem or not so I figured I'd ask. My '14 Fusion Hybrid's rear defrost seems to be very weak lately. To clear the thinnest layer of Autumn frost takes two cycles. I don't recall it being this weak last year. Has this happened to anyone?

Can you believe it's nearly winter already? I want to check out some options on this. Have you had a chance to speak with your dealer? Please let me know,along with your mileage.

I certainly cannot believe it. It's giving me more motivation to clean out my side of the garage!

 

I have not had a chance to take it into the dealer...I'm not due for an oil change until probably January. Mileage is about 25k from what I recall. It's a Hybrid S that I bought new in 2014 from Autonation Ford in North Canton, OH.

Yeah. the other morning the hard frost was cleared LAST from the windshield. The mirrors and rear window were clear long before the front! I do love the heated seats and steering wheel! Glad I got them!
