I can't seem to find an engine temperature gauge for my 2015 Fusion Hybrid Titanium.  Is there a way to get this information?

Take a look at the link below, the Engineering Test Mode has all sorts of interesting info available.   :)

You can also configure it in the "My View" display. I have it configured in my 2015. The Owner's Manual describes how to do this.

As Texasota notes, the MyView screen (left of the speedo) can be set to show temp.  I have it set that way on my '17.

In the 14s and probably others, that doesn't show the actual temperature, just a graphical bar meter that is as nearly useless as ford temperature gauges have been since time immemorial.  Once it gets above the first line in the "normal zone" the engine will turn off but it is still too cold.  I'll hook my scangauge and see what temp it is actually at.

You're right about the type of reading, however my ICE is on until it is well into the operating range.  Partly due to the temps and need to get to operating temp, but the ICE/HVB cycling doesn;t really get noticeable until then.
