I sent a PM to user FordService which I believe is a Ford representative a week ago and so far it hasn't been read (nor answered of course).

Did we lose our Ford rep on this forum or did the userID change?

It's possible it could be a while before they respond, since it looks like some portions of Ford are shutdown from June 29 to July 13.
