Notification update reset

Somehow there has been an update to the mobile version of the side.

On one hand this added the annoying ad right on top but there is something else.

 

In the past the little red notification update indication would disappear once you looked at it now it stays.

 

Now you would need to activate the regular desktop side and then it would reset.

 

Could that be checked and fixed, please.

I've noticed that too. Can't tell you how many times I've checked it recently - driving me crazy!

Mine now indicates 15 notifications, although none of them are new...

No problems here on either the iPad or PC. Perhaps y'all need to clear cookies and cache?

In regular browser mode or mobile mode? The problem only exist with the mobile view. I have two indicated since last week or so.

I tried clearing my mobile browser cache, but the notification count did not reset. Still showing 15.

Viewing notifications on my PC reset the counter, but viewing via mobile doesn't seem to have an effect. I have two recent notifications and they won't go away via mobile.
